I just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience working with Mauricio. When my hard drive suddenly crashed just before a major deadline, Mauricio came to my rescue. Recognizing that I was beyond stressed-out, she made herself readily available to help me resolve all of the issues I was having as quickly as possible. She responded to my questions over email within minutes and she explained everything in a way that I - a complete computer novice - could understand.
