Susan joined the team in the day-to-day operations at NerdsToGo at the beginning of 2026. Prior to becoming a franchise owner and partner in the business with Gary, Susan built her first career in the food and beverage industry. Her corporate experiences and industry tenure include customer management, category development, and capability building. Leading teams in sales, trade investment management, business planning, and retail strategy development represent her most enjoyable and rewarding responsibilities. As an end user and consumer of technology, viewing it as a critical enabler in the business sector, Susan brings a practitioner mindset to NerdsToGo. She also understands the strategic relevancy the role technology plays in keeping businesses secure, productive, and competitive. Susan enjoys learning about client specific needs and working alongside our team to develop and deliver solutions that align with client IT infrastructure priorities and business goals.

Erik Boon joined us at the end of 2025 as our Director of IT & Managed Services. Erik is an accomplished IT professional with team leadership experience in managed services for a variety of diverse clients and directly within a company. With extensive credentials in ERP systems, network and system administration, and cybersecurity, Erik is well-versed in assessing client needs, identifying solutions, troubleshooting issues, coaching and developing technicians, and preparing plans and strategies to align with client infrastructure priorities and business goals.

Grace Davis is our Operations Manager and continues to provide the glue to manage the priorities of the team, customer scheduling, project oversight, and business operations. When you call or email us or stop by our office, Grace is typically your first point of contact by design! She truly operates with a service heart and is here to ensure we coordinate successfully with you.

Ryan Russell is one of our talented technicians whom you may have met over the course of the last year. Ryan enjoys building computers and has a special interest in custom gaming computer builds. He also defines our meaning of “to go” and is usually out in the market serving customers on site. Ryan is credentialed with a degree in cybersecurity and is currently working on his MBA with a focus on Information Technology.

Tanner Hawkins is our latest technician to join the team, but he is not new to IT! Tanner is a certified IT professional with over five years of experience in diverse client infrastructures and managed service environments. He also has a strong background in multiple operating systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, firewall and network management, endpoint management, and security response, just to name a few.

Glenda Gaines joined our team in the summer of 2026 with responsibility for customer development and management. Glenda is an aviation, transportation, logistics, and technology business development executive with industry knowledge, experience, and expertise driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and fostering B2B relationships. In her role with NerdsToGo as Business Development Manager, she focuses on identifying client solutions and providing managed IT services to assist organizations with technology and cybersecurity solutions that align with their operational and business objectives.
