Unable to duplicate the problem. Hard drive checked out. When I called back Gina told me to bring it in when it happens again and they would put it on the bench immediately. The problem repeated. Stephen couldn't diagnose it. Tried a total Windows 10 reboot. Still returned. Replacing motherboard or processor to expensive. No charge for all of this. I'm getting their help in buying another laptop. Would use them again.

NerdsToGo was able to correctly diagnose an issue with a laptop after taking it to Best Buy. I was so thankful they were able to quickly get the laptop up and running again. I just wish I hadn't wasted my time with Best Buy.

Overall a good experience repairing my laptop's broken hinge and screen. NerdsToGo offered more flexibility than my other option so I could still use my laptop while waiting for parts to arrive. Solid value and friendly, knowledgeable team.

Went to get my PC fixed unfortunately it being so old was not worth it. Employees were super friendly and even tho they could not fix my PC they recovered the data and all in less then 2 days. I highly recommend the nerds! Also it was my first time ever taking my PC to get fixed but all worries were gone when meeting the staff who loved anime just like me! MY HERO ACADEMIA for the win! Thanks nerds! I'll be back for any PC problems.

After several factory resets and a new UPS, we took my husband's gaming computer here for diagnosis. They were able to solve the problem with a basic tune up and were great to work with.

Updates completely wrecked my computer. Total panic because not even a factory reset would allow me to start windows. I called NerdsToGo and they let me drop it off immediately. They diagnosed it and saved everything very quickly. Huge relief.

I took two computers to N2G that Best Buy said would take 2-3 weeks to fix (despite paying the Geek Squad an annual fee) and they fixed them within a couple of days. Best Buy said they needed to hold on to the computer while waiting for parts to come in whereas N2G was fine with me using my computers while waiting. N2G is flexible and comes up with out of the box solutions, and charged me a reasonable price. The Geek Squad seems like it is stuck with red tape. I canceled my Geek Squad membership and will take my computer problems to N2G from now on. Nerds 1, Geeks 0.

Our computer was typing in "8" on every document. The techs looked at it and said must have been something stuck under the keyboard. They were great about discussing and very prompt fixing it. I would recommend them.

Did a good job returning my computer to a much more stable platform. I had been a little lazy about what I downloaded and was getting freeze-ups and black screens of text. Now it is back to doing what it should. Fast turnaround, too.

They do fantastic work and they're very honest people! They don't try to sell you services you don't need. I'm a repeat customer after they gave me a free diagnosis of my broken laptop a while ago. They told me that it probably wasn't worth fixing, since the parts needed to repair the laptop would have cost as much as the laptop itself... that earned a lot of trust from me. Nothing was stopping them from just recommending I pay them a bunch of money to fix something that wasn't worth fixing. This previous visit was for a simple laptop battery replacement and it went really smoothly. First I paid them for a new battery up front, and then I paid them for labor when it was finished. The pricing was really transparent, which I appreciate. I won't hesitate to use their services again!

I took my laptop in due to some overheating issues and the guys at NerdsToGo were super helpful! They did a free diagnostic on it and got me up and running in just a few days. Since I got it back, I've noticed my laptop running markedly better and cooler, with faster framerate on my games. They were very professional and courteous and it was easy to drop off and pick up. They are also following strict COVID guidelines, wearing masks, and providing hand sanitizer and cleanly environments. All around, I was impressed and immensely satisfied with the service I received, would definitely recommend!

Was having problems with a charging port on my laptop, do brought it in to understand what was happening. The techs here found the problem, and were very supportive in communicating the proper solution. Service was incredible, and I feel confident bringing my tech here in the future knowing I will be well taken care of!

Swift with diagnostic evaluation and advice after free assessment of my fried laptop which was very helpful! They were able to retrieve and transfer data (which we thought was gone) along with changing hard disk drive. Very professional and friendly.

I went In due to having fan trouble in my laptop and I was quoted a really large price $200 for what they said was a couple hours of labor even with me providing the parts. They told me it was due to my laptop motherboard being upside down. I called the day after I dropped it off around noon and they said they hadn't even looked at it yet even though I was told the job would be done by noon. The job itself took them less than an hour to do but I was still charged $200 for labor. The other shops I went into told me the repair should only take 30-45 minutes to perform. They also told me that my fans were around $90 each if they ordered the parts themselves but I looked at multiple places online and found the parts for $30 each and managed to get both fans for $50. They fixed the issue (Mostly) and I'm grateful I got it back the next day, however I felt like the price was way too steep especially compared to other shops around town that gave me a smaller quote. I didn't go with the other shops because they said it would take longer than 2 days and I needed it back asap. NerdsToGO was the only place who said id have it back within 24 hours so I payed more. My laptop still has the same problem when I'm gaming or editing just not as bad so in the end my problem wasn't completely fixed. I would still return here If the other shops were backed up but only as a last resort. Overall If they charged a better price and I wasn't still experiencing the issue even after the fan replacements I would give 5 stars. On a more positive note the staff was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome.

I brought my computer in to get it fixed. They took a look at it the next day. Although they couldn't repair it, I was told what repair my computer needed and I was given a referral to a company that does those repairs. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge me anything to evaluate my computer. Fantastic place to take your computer. Very friendly staff too!

I was able to call in advance to get an "idea" of what it might be and the cost. They were very responsive to my COVID-19 concerns, I have a serious immune disease, so a medical aide brought it to them and then picked it up. (I would have never been able to pay for the in home service.) I was told that they would take protocols to keep things disinfected. They kept me updated as to where my computer was in the queue. Called with the diagnosis and was willing to take my payment over the phone. Yes, it seemed a little pricey, but I trust these guys and I don't think they would take advantage or price gouge. My computer has been acting a little weird since getting it back, but I figured that was because of the window reinstall. However, the left side of my screen keeps randomly popping up with all these different colored lines. I'm guessing it's code? I haven't called to see if this could be a problem related to my repair because with the whole virus thing it was on the low end of the list. That and I'm afraid something is wrong and I'm going to have to scrape together more money for another repair. So that isn't their fault. They aren't psychic. They do seem to be legit good guys.

They helped me create my custom gaming rig and were thorough in making sure everything worked correctly and walking me through every step of the process. Even at pick-up they spent the time to answer all the questions I didn't know I had. I definitely recommend for custom computers or anything else you might need.

The company diagnosed and ordered the correct parts to replace the broken screen on my new laptop. Once the part was in, they set up an appointment for me to drop it off for the repair. They had it ready for pick up within 2 hours of drop-off. Very professional and courteous staff. I would highly recommend their service to everyone who needs computer repairs.

Steve was great to work with. He was empathetic and seemed to genuinely understand why fixing my laptop was so important to me and my business. I really liked that he explained things to me in layman's terms - I needed that! And above all, he gave my issue some thought and came up with an out of the box solution, once the more obvious options has been exhausted. One final note - price, more than reasonable!!! Great value.

Super helpful and friendly! my laptop had no display; they ran a free diagnosis, helped cleanup, and recommended a cheaper solution that's not even included in their service. and somehow the screen just came back to live after the cleanup!

I had a problem with my work laptop and as a real estate agent this is one of my most important tools to use. Luckily Nerds to go understood the urgency and they solved it in a timely and professional manner. Because of them my clients didn’t miss out on any of the homes and I was able to resume my business. I went in because I had a computer that the basic troubleshooting steps couldn't fix from a family member. Didn't have time to look at it myself so I called them up. Brought it in and they were superful helpful. They got it up and running after doing some tests and were able to resolve my issue and see what the problem was without having to work on it. They informed me of the issue and didn't charge because the were able to resolve it during initial testing. Really fast turn around and I would recommend anyone to go see them coming from someone who also managed a repair service center for computers and laptops.

THE BEST COMPANY! I can't say enough good things about this company. I have used a handful of similar companies in the past to help me with IT for my small business. Nerds To Go is by far the most superior. They helped me with a list of issues at my office for a very reasonable price and then walked me through an issue over the phone complimentary. Free diagnostics! I shorted my PC and narrowed it down to the PSU, CPU, or motherboard. They were able to tell me which part wasn't working so I could quickly replace it. Will definitely be coming back for any problems I can't solve myself. Super helpful staff, fast service!

I took my computer to Nerds to go for a problem with the fan. I had a wonderful experience. They were clear on what to expect, figured out the problem, helped me figure out if the repairs were recommended based on some time constraints in my life, then returned my computer the next day as promised. I had a bit of a weird request and they were honestly amazing. I sold some ram online and the guy who was buying it wanted to test it real quick. I called the Bellevue NerdsToGo and asked them if they could help test it for us. They said no problem so I went over and they helped me out right away. I seriously couldn't be more happy. Everyone was friendly and really knowledgeable. 5/5 I'd definitely head back in the future if I need help again.

My computer was from BestBuy who told me they could not help me that day and that they would have to ship my computer out for several days to get it fixed. NerdsToGo fixed my computer in 20 minutes. Also cleaned and updated everything for me. Worth the price to have experts who care about the service they provide.

We really enjoyed our experience with Nerds To Go in Bellevue. They fixed my son's iPhone and repaired my computer. I thought I would have to buy a new computer but they fixed it very inexpensively. They do excellent work! The turn around time is usually within a day. We also bought a computer through them. My son needed a special computer for college. They knew exactly what to get for his specific needs. It has been the best computer we have ever purchased. I highly recommend them!

Took in a 3 1/2 year old Dell All In One that wouldn't power on they did a free evaluation within 24 hours and decided it was most likely the mother board. The Geek Squad at Best Buy wanted to send it our for 2 weeks and charge me $84 to look at it. LOL Nerds ToGo gets all my family's business now!

I admit that I’m a bit of a clutz when it comes to dropping my phone. As I watched my phone fall to the ground and shatter in slow motion, my heart broke at the thought of having to buy a new phone. Luckily, I discovered NerdsToGo! The staff was knowledgeable, understanding, kind and patient. Steven took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Most importantly, the staff worked quickly to address my issue. My phone was ready for pickup in about an hour!! NerdsToGo greatly lessened the pain of shattering my phone screen. I brought in my son's gaming laptop. It was acting strangely and wouldn't connect to the internet. The technicians at NerdsToGo were amazing. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a call and explained what was going on, and even expedited our parts order so that we could get the laptop back before the weekend. My son was thrilled! Michael and Steven were a tremendous help. A+++ in my book. I would highly recommend them. They both were very eager to help and I could tell they both have a passion for their work.......I had an issue with my Office 2013 telling me by subscription had expired etc. I thought it may cost me upwards of $150 to renew the subscription....with a few mouse clicks, they (Michael and Steven) were able to show me that I had purchased a license for 2013 and that somehow 365 had been installed over my 2013 and that was the reason I was getting this "subscription expired" message popping up. They took care of the situation in no time at all. They were both extremely knowledgeable and answered a few other questions I had....all while charging me $0.00. These guys are great. They talked a language I could understand and I felt they really did care.

Steven Taylor is the personification of customer service. We had problems with our printer and he came out the same day to assess the issue. He told us it would be fairly pricey to repair the computer and asked if we would consider a new printer. We said we preferred getting a new computer. Not only did he go to a store to get it for us, he installed it and made sure all the connections worked. Steve is one of the most honest, trustworthy, caring ,and customer-focused individual we've ever worked with. He is a class act! We can't say enough good about him and his company! You can't go wrong with him!

Professional, fast and priced fair. When we have any IT issues, I have been the one to have to 'figure it out' and solve the problem. Recently we had a hard drive issue. Michael and his team came to our office, picked up the computer, had it fixed, delivered, upgraded by the following morning. They described the issue in detail and future proofed the computer so we can avoid the problem in the future. Finally a company that I can trust with our computers, network and configuring issues! Cannot recommend them highly enough!
