Great experience!! I dropped my laptop that I use for work. The fan malfunctioned and was making a loud buzzing noise. I needed the repair done very quickly. They had it done right away and saved me from spending a ton of money and time to replace the whole computer. I highly recommend their services, not to mention the customer service was exceptional!!

We received great service from Nerds to Go's technician Dave. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Dave explained the pricing model up front so there were no surprises. Dave helped us retire a windows 7 HP desktop by moving all our data to a new HP desktop. He was instrumental in transferring our Quick Books business account data to the new 2019 version of QB on our new desktop PC. Thanks!

I am in awe of all that was accomplished in Dave's delivery and service call today! From my experience , new equipment setupis time consuming and user-confusing but Dave confidently worked through an awesome amount of work today. It was wonderfulhow he adeptly navigated all the challenges. When I have set up my own personal computer, so many decisions come down to mymaking guesses. But David obviously understood his way through the process (and clarified for me) while multitasking his way throughcustom options.” His calm efficiency, flexibility, pleasant attitude and adroit perseverance gave me confidence every moment he washere.
