I am a first time user and very pleased with my experience. The customer service was wonderful. I felt like they sincerely cared about fixing my computer problem and that I was their most important client. Prices are very reasonable and they didn't try to up-sell me.

Turned in computer due to Motherboard issues; received initial diagnosis of damaged motherboard, which was shortly followed up with a call informing that the PC was booting but the OS was corrupted. I was given an option that they could reinstall a new OS if I didn't have the USB dongle(lost original), otherwise the PC was fully functioning. I chose to re-install the OS in lieu of paying $250 which would require a purchase a copy of Windows 10 as that was something I could do myself. I picked up the PC and was informed that it was booting. I went by Best Buy and bought another copy of Windows 10 and headed home. I observed that the DDR4 slots were not in the correct slots in order to engage the dual-channel. Furthermore, I was able to recover the OS by just resetting the OS (an option that is available for resetting that does not require a purchase of an OS). If I was not a PC gamer, I would rate this place as a 5-star experience, but the RAM slots and incomplete information about re-installing the OS irked me. They were very responsive when I reached out to them regarding any issues I had when I got home. I resetted the OS and the computer has had no issues at all.

Outstanding service. I had previously used the box store computer service centers, and always had a negative experience. Nerds to Go came to my home and I felt I was their first interest. They had not sells pitch, just nut and bolt solutions at a very resonable cost. I will continue to use Nerds to Go, and look forward to become part of their family.

Straight forward and very honest. I took in this very old machine that was sketchy if it would live or not and they could make it happen but they told me the pros and cons and I thank them for it. I appreciate them and would happily suggest to anyone.

I’ve had a computer that died with a bunch of old pictures on it that were of great value to me. I’d tried to have them recovered in the past but no one was able to do it, until I took it to nerds to go. They were awesome. They were able to recover ALL my info and they recovered it FAST. All in all they had great customer service and they overdelivered. I highly recommend their services!

Michael came out fixed my PC! My pc was slow and random pop ups kept happening,he was able to clean the "Malware" from my PC and got me back on track!!! Amazing company and Michael is awesome!!!!

While I was attending an event in Dallas, I inadvertently picked up a virus on my laptop. Luckily I found this place and Michael was very good at wiping it out. He was very approachable and told me specifics on what was needed to fix the problem, which I appreciated. I tend to go on tangents when I talk to people, and as a bonus I found out he had quite the encyclopedic knowledge of music. I would definitely recommend this place and to talk to Michael about any of your computer needs.
